Regularly visit here to walk the "fitness trail" down to Sandy Beach to see the Rivanna River, sit at one of the three picnic shelters (which can be reserved for events through parks and rec), and meet with people for brief outdoor meetings. Lovely place that is well kept. The dog park also has a fenced area, which I have never used for my dogs, but it seems nice as well with multiple play yards and water on site. There is also a composting toilet restroom if needed, although it can get a little smelly...stick better than a porta-potty! This outdoor area is a local gem.

11/10 the best place EVER. Always such a nice, clean park with a lovely little pebble beach by the river!
Nice size, clean and water available. The bathroom IS what nightmares are made of thou. Always meet some great people too! So great EVERYONE slept in the way home =)
