This review is for the disc golf course. Its one of the best courses in metro Detroit. If you're a beginner, skip this course. Its very challenging without being random, like Agawam can feel. Its more like a bald mountain jr. Has open holes, wooded holes, big hills, a rock embankment, artificial wooden wall obstacle, low ceilings, narrow gaps, a raised basket, shaped shots. But its anything but gimmicky. Great course!!

Decent park. Seems like it's either a bit run down or in the middle of upgrading some stuff. The bathroom was out of order, portajohns were clean but on uneven ground. The boat launch and dock is nice.

This was formerly Hawthorne Park but they’ve done a ton of upgrades, and they’re currently working on the playground. There’s a nice disc golf course and several Pokestops and 2 gyms if you play PokemonGo. There’s a nice new dock for fishing. Please remember to pick up your trash and throw it away in the garbage cans all over the park. The park closes at dusk and it is patrolled by the sheriff.

Good fishing by boat not the pier. Sometimes over crowed on the tiny pier. Lots of atmosphere. New disc golf course put in. Facilities to use if needed. During busy weekends , sometimes a lot of garbage is left around. Other than that , form your car you can watch the ducks and swans on the lake.
