Excellent place to walk your furry friend(s), or just take a nice walk by yourself or with friends. Lots of trails to choose from -- some paved towards the entrance side of the park, others are loose sand/gravel. This is a pretty popular place to visit, especially after 8.30am, so keep that in mind. Parking can be a bit of a pain depending on the time you arrive. You can clock about 4 miles of hiking if you make the full circle (i usually go clockwise). There are portions of the trails where dogs can be offlesh, so keep that in mind. Also, the rangers can be very picky about dogs going back on leash when the offleash zones end.

My pup's favorite fast one hour loop. Not too crowded early in the morning. Parking lot fills up, there is street parking too.

Such a great hike all about 4 miles around the loop. Definitely recommend taking water on a warm day and heading counter clockwise on the trail that way the accent is shaded and the walk down is in the sun. Great views from the top. Saw lots of people running by and perfect for exercise. Saw a lost key near the restroom on the fence.

One of the smaller preserves but plenty of parking options, easy to get to, and off leash dog access is so appreciated!

Great place for hiking, specially with dogs. There is a large off-leash area. But make sure your dogs are on leash, where there is a posted sign. We ended up getting a ticket, just because we removed leash to take pictures, 10 meters from the off-leash area. We didn't realize park security is so strict, instead of letting us go with a warning, issued us a ticket, even though no body was around. Other than this unpleasant experience, great place to walk your dogs and also hike.
