The park has a beach volleyball court, full basketball court, and playground. There's also a multi-use grass field. There are covered picnic tables and BBQ grills. There are no restrooms, but there is a drinking fountain for humans and dogs. A multi-use bike/walking trail extends from the park out into the open space area adjacent to the park.

Beautiful park with plenty of trails. It's in a neighborhood so it mainly gets used by the locals. Lots of street parking. Just perfect.

Ruhkala Park: A Midnight Playground for Pups! Ruhkala Park was surprisingly empty when we visited at night, which was perfect for letting my dog run free and go crazy with the zoomies! He had an absolute blast sprinting around the open field and exploring all the different smells without a leash. It was such a joy to watch him have so much fun, and it's definitely a spot we'll be returning to for more nighttime adventures. If you have a dog that loves to run, I highly recommend checking out Ruhkala Park after dark!

Our visit here was ok, it could of been better if there was some shade close to the actual play stuff other than that the location is nice and has a lot of area to run around. The actual structures are good for 4-12yrs old but the bark is kinda low and could use maybe another 3 or 4 inches. Overall great for playing but the structures are too hot when there is full sun so maybe close to 6 or 7pm would be ok and they do have lamps in the area.

Great park to walk the dogs, playground and tables under covered area and trash cans all around. Lots of open flat grass area to play sports or just have a picnic
