What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
Unique park. Good for sensory seekers. Tons of features and soft padding. It's new so that means no big trees... Probably wouldn't want to be there in the heat but its worth a look because of all the "toys" .
Read more about Willard ParkThis is such a gem of a park. We live in Citrus Heights and make special trips to this park because it’s great for our kiddo who is leery around other water parks and splash pads, but Whitney has enough variety to have fun, cool off, and not get overwhelmed. The playground is MASSIVE and is spread out enough to enjoy and not get overrun by bigger kids. The smaller playground is nice, but kiddo is drawn to the big one. Now that the bike park/track is open, we’ll have to come back when kiddo is ready to ride. The restrooms are nice as well.
Read more about Whitney Community Parkawsome place I love spending hours here. I like to play pokemon go while walking around a lot of room nice fields. the play structure here is awsome I love the swings!! There are really nice goats near the field outside the park. Pictures are old
Read more about Twin Oaks ParkThis has to be our new favorite awesome secret park. Big slides, tons to climb, crazy amount of space, and a smaller park for the little ones. There are also restroom facilities which are not always at every park. All of the equipment looks very nice and well-maintained. They do have trash cans and drinking fountains. Beautiful view from the top of the slide.
