Schaumburg Park District

I visited here for the first time on a certain day in December 2025. I had a good time.

The staff does truly an incredible job 👏👏 keeping up the area parks!! Schaumburg park district is top notch!! Because of their efforts and daily maintenance Schaumburg always has the sun shining down on us!!

Wish they would repair the treadmill buttons so they would work correctly at the meineke Center , I know they have construction going on , but please maintain the equipment No A/C in the fitness center no one seems to care place going down hill fast

Schaumburg Park District has something for everyone. In my case, the senior group fitness programs are a perfect fit for me, with an economical price for a senior on a fixed income. There are so many classes to choose from that every day is a fitness day. And the instructors are amazing. You aren’t just a person in a class, they make it a point to know you and learn what you are capable of. If an exercise move needs to be adapted for you they will do it, just let them know what joint is bothering you that day. There are land classes, and Aqua classes for those that prefer classes in the water for their joints. I do a mix of both, and frequently take multiple classes per day. I don’t know how I stayed fit before taking classes with Traci, Kristin, Maria and Janice! Give it a try, you won’t regret it! If you are hesitant to buy a punch card or yearly pass, try some classes during one of the free fitness class weeks they hold multiple times per year.

Schaumburg Park District really goes above and beyond for the community. They have updated facilities, variety of classes for every age group and great employees. My husband recently attended a daddy daughter dance at the CRC and lost his wallet. The next morning, one of their employees Manuel showed up on our doorstep with his wallet. To say we were surprised would be an understatement. We appreciate his honesty and kindness very much and hope SPD acknowledges what a wonderful employee that have. Thank you so much! Your efforts in helping us recover that wallet mean more than you know!
