My dog, Cynthia. Absolutely LOVED this dog park. Great ball area in center and wooded walking paths inside a huge fenced in area and people actually seem to pick up poop here so a HUGE win!!!

We have only had Pancake a few months, she is a rescue and we don't know her history. We tried the dog park out today. When we first arrived, she got a little overwhelmed by the other dogs, fur raised tail tucked, whinning, and hiding behind Mike. So we decided to walk a loop, and by the time we came around to the entrance, she saw other dogs running and playing looked interested but still tentative. So we decided to make another loop away from all the other dogs. This little guy and owner followed. And this was the result. The other dogs started coming around and she started interacting and playing. She did so good. Even got a little muddy. I was also very impressed with the other dog owners in giving us the space and watching their dogs. #lovemydogs #Pancake #scrapsdogpark

This is an unexpectedly lovely park! The fenced-in area for dogs is large and well-utilized; about half of it is populated with dozens of mature trees with several dirt walking paths woven among them, while the rest is a cleared grassy area with a few plastic decorations for dogs to interact with. The means to clean up after your dog is provided via several waste bag dispensers and trash bins scattered throughout, which I always appreciate. My only gripe is that apparently the restrooms here have been closed for some time. They should definitely remove the advertised availability of restrooms from google maps.

Top notch dog park. Nice dogs. Ok owners lol. More wag less bark. Nice trails along river.

Winter: It can get pretty muddy but there's lots of gravel so it's not like actual mud puddles. Best part is that when it snows the sun hits most of the park so it's not super icy like some of the other local dog parks. Make sure to bring water because the water is shut off in the winter although there are lots of bowls for the water! Spring/Summer/Fall: There is a tree shaded walking trail that is perfect for keeping the hot sun away while the pups play and not a bunch of mud on the rainy days. The people that go with their dogs are great and for the most part keep a close eye on their dogs. It is well maintained by volunteers but during the winter make sure to bring water with you because the water fountain is shut off to prevent freezing! There are water bowls available for all dogs. Easy to get off and on of I90. From the off ramp head North across the overpass and take the very first Left turn (if you have passed any stores you have missed the turn!). Follow to the end of the road and make two immediate Left turns. Follow around to the entrance. There are no restrooms.
