My grandbaby had her 1 year old birthday party here. It was first come, first serve without a reservation to get the picnic tables for parties. I love the park. We go regularly and the bathrooms are clean as well as the park. There is plenty of street parking and the park is spacious and offers a lot of variety. The grassy area is nice to sit on for a picnic. This is one of my main go-to parks with my grandbaby. People walk on the sidewalk path and use the 2 pieces of exercise equipment there. They have the baby/toddler swings too, because not all parks have the smaller swings. Everything is clean and you feel safe. It's a fun park, which is why I keep going back.

Nice little park. Echo friendly very clean, Private feel, large grassy area for the dog to run around,large trees, play area for the kiddos and clean open restrooms.

The gleason park is large and clean, with sports facilities for children. Basketball court, ping-pong table, barbecue area, gazebo, slide, toilet... A great place for children and adults to have fun.

We are a family that is constantly moving around we are currently living in several places since January of 2023. We lived here in San Leandro for 3 weeks and this is a park playground that my Daughter and I go to. It’s our favorite place in San Leandro and met new friends too.. hope to stay here again when we get back to California
