This is a very good place to bring your dog. I drive 40 minutes to come here just because my dog loves it. If you visit this park, your dog should have good recall training because it is such an open space. There is a small, fully fenced area for small dogs, and the rest is a large open space with fencing near the parking area, while the remaining boundary is naturally blocked off by a river that runs along both walking paths. My dog really enjoys the open field and is able to ignore other dogs and just play ball the way she likes. I was also able to use the river to help my dog get over her fear of water by gradually bringing her into the shallow river, and now she jumps in whenever she gets too hot from running. Most of the other dogs here are friendly, and people respect the rules and pick up after their dogs.

Large park space just inside a (quarry?) entrance. Only the front is fenced, although the back is bounded by the river. Your dog will need some level of recall at this park. The space is large and grassed, with trails leading out of the "park space" and access to the river. There is a stream that goes through the middle of the park, with two foot bridges over it. There is no water fountain or spigot. Trash is only at the entrance. *edit - although I missed them at dusk, there are bag dispensers scattered around (see response from owner) There is a small dog section which is completely enclosed.

My babies love this park! I have been coming to this park for 2 years now and I’ve had the best experience with people and other dogs. They provide picnic tables and benches which makes it comfortable for you to watch your pups play or chat with other puppy parents. There are 2 poop bag stations available one in each entrance with garbage cans to facilitate cleaning after your dog. Thank you so much for providing a safe and comfortable area! We love it 😍

It's the most amazing dog park I've ever seen. Massive, with lots of cool areas to explore. Plenty of space for dogs who need extra space to get that space. The people and dogs we've met here have all been very nice. There are two fully fenced smaller areas, and then the main area, which is only fenced towards the side with the road and then bordered at the other end by a river. Do mind that there is a portion to the left from the entrance back a ways near one side of the North Trail that is unfenced and leads to the road. So long as you're mindful of this, it's a very safe area tucked back and bordered by woods and river.

Our dog loves it Here, so much space for the pup to run around, also the river is very shallow and great for her to cool off. The first parking area is good to go to the field and if you take the dirt road to the right of the parking area and it will bring you to the river side. Can't wait to go back.
