My dog loves it here and always has a great time meeting new pups. You need to be a member to get in, it’s about $30 for the whole year. Highly recommend if you have an active dog that likes to run around and meet new dogs! 🐶

You must have a paid pass with key card to enter. You may get a pass at the park district building attached to the park. This is a fenced-in dog park that includes a small wooded area with a walking path, minimal dog agility equipment, picnic tables, a water fountain with several dog bowls. There are several garbage cans and dog waste bags are provided. It’s a great park. Well maintained.

Wonderful off-leash dog park. Well maintained. Large grass area and a path through a wooded area.

The best dog park around. I have a pass for the Dupage County dog parks and I do enjoy Hawk Hallow, but they are a tad far for me. Spring Ave Dog Park is a great place for your dogs to play and meet amazing dogs and their families. Not to many kids under 5 which is great. My dogs are not around kids to much and my big boy likes to run into them and knock them down. They have a couple obstacles for the dogs for a little training and an open grassy yard that the dogs enjoy. Several shady spots for them to rest and a great water fountain for them to get a good drink in. If i could change one thing and hopefully they are listening I would love a paved path around the park so we could walk on pavement vs the grass less chance of stepping in poop and better on your ankles. They have plenty of bags and of course their are people who do not pick up their dogs mess but the majority of the time they do. I have never been there and had mounds of mess everywhere. This park is worth the membership. Employees are friendly too, although only have to see them once a year for a membership.

Visitors need to purchase a membership from the Glen Ellyn Park District but it is well worth it. My puppies love running around the open and wooded areas. The size of the park and upkeep definitely make this place worth while to visit. The human members are fun to connect with as well as the 4 legged variety.
