I really enjoy this park. It's a nice place to walk, clear your mind, and enjoy being outside...when it's not december
I use this park for working out. It's a tiny part right behind a local elementary and middle school. Small play ground and field area good for younger kids even pets, or if you don't want to deal with a large crowd of kids.
Small park, nice little pond/creek. Never go after sunset or beware mosquito attacks, by the swarms. Otherwise a generally nice place for kids and adults alike. However if you do bring your kids be careful around the water
I walk my dog there. It's often I run into under aged stoners hiding from their parents getting high at night. Some toys for the kids as you can see in the picture but definently not some place to plan an all day event at. A couple tables and one bench. There's a doggy doo bag dispenser as you enter. Side benefit is you can cross the bridge and be on school grounds and use their young kids playground toys and 4 basketball hoops for the older kids. A track to get your exercise on as well.
This place was a nice quiet local neighborhood park. Its playground is definitely for children under 5, and its very close to east gresham elementary school. The middle school next to east gresham elementary has a track that we walked around. Over all besides the cold it was a good experience.
