What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
I great little spot to get outdoors. A ton of trails, all well kept and flat. Great for a stroll or biking. Close to down town but far enough away you escape hustle and bustle. The biggest down side and the only reason I give it a 4 out 5 is because the parking situation sucks. I circled around the lot a few times and felt like a vulture.

Read more about Sandy Dog ParkIt's big, and I really like that's it's got a separate area for small dogs. My only complaint is the amount of blackberry plants there are (I say plants not bushes cause when we were there the blackberries were just starting to come back. You could tell they had been cut down but the roots are still there so the plants will continue to creep back in), especially in the small dog area. My dogs are so tiny that just one of those thorns is going to hurt so bad. Plus, one of our dogs is a tripawd, so if she got a thorn in her paw, she can't even limp to let me know it.
