It's a nice park. Plenty of open space and green grass. There is a play area for the kids and the pavilion is big with 10 tables!

Great park! Very large open space with trees, a soccer field and basket ball court. There is a pavilion with two different kinds of tables. They have regular picnic tables and square tables with a chess board in the center. The play area is large and looks like a lot of fun. They have plenty of trash cans, dog poo bags and a porta-john. My favorite part is the walking path that goes all the way around the park with distance markers.

Village Creek Park is expansive enough and has a little bit of something for everyone. The kiddo train is a nice journey through the grounds. There are plenty of marked walking/running trails for the fitness folks. Village Creek Park is also a great place to rise a bike, fly a kite, have a picnic, or just generally hang out. On a good weather day, you'll find the place crowded, especially near the zoo area. Parking can be sticky sometimes, again depending on the time you visit and the weather.

The City of Fort Worth Park services as well as customer NEED to keep this park cleaner. The day we went trash cans was spilling over with trash. I plan on sending Major Betsy Price pictures of the condition of this park. Who do I contact to get help. The city has added new structures since last summer. The park now just need upkeep. This park is for kids and families . Not drugs, alcohol, and trash. Please stop destroying the family fun.
