What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
Very large green space! No dog park but it is dog friendly. Has a few seating areas but not many, so bring a blanket or chairs. Friday on the Green happens here in the summer and fall and it is great! You can park pretty close without any hassle. Walking distance to some great restaurants and bars.
Read more about Magnolia GreenThis dog park was such a pleasant surprise! The space is clean, well-maintained, and clearly loved by the community. I really appreciated how thoughtfully everything was set up — fresh water bowls were available throughout the park, making it easy for pets to stay hydrated while they played. They even had a basket of used tennis balls on hand, which my dog absolutely loved. It’s a small touch, but it makes the park feel warm, welcoming, and pet-friendly in all the right ways.
Read more about Freedom Dog ParkThis park isn't big at all. It's really a spot to sit down and relax. But not much here really.
Read more about Elm Street ParkSuch a fun garden to explore. February is a hard month to visit botanical gardens, but this one was still engaging. Loved the large Japanese garden with its winding paths and rustling bamboo. The boardwalk area is an educational dream. Loved the interactive display on the sounds of wildlife and the natives v. invasives areas. Don't sleep on the Fernery - it's the sweetest area with a great collection.
