Our kids love this park. It's usually not very packed but there are a lot of people that like to bike or e bike here. An easy and safe path for a stroller too. I love the park because it serves to naturally clean our water and before it goes into the intercoastal. It's a brilliant set up and great investment for flood risk reduction and increased natural habitat as well.

I gave Wade Park a five-star review because of the alligator in the pond! The park itself is lovely and well maintained. The bathrooms are super clean. The path is a loop, but we took it to the Gary Shell Cross City Trail all the way to Hayburton Park. You can add on extra mileage with the cross city trail.

Very nice set of trails for a short walk or bike ride. Vast amount of evergreens, so it makes it a nice experience in the winter too. The visit I had was in mid-January. It’s nice to see and hear some wildlife during the winter and enjoy a good walk. There are several options to make the loop smaller if you don’t want to do the full loop. I look forward to visiting in the summer.

Love this park! Enjoy walking the trail and viewing the wildlife! Children love the playground. The newest addition that has claimed Wade Park as home, is our “Alligator “. He can usually be viewed from the dam. Keeping your pets on a leash and being aware are necessary! (Perhaps he needs a name!).

Nice little park I did find a cotton mouth over by the creek, though. Might want to be careful around the creek.
