Walnut Grove Park is a gorgeous park with a large green space, walking trails, dog park and tennis courts. There are two tennis courts. The tennis courts have a lot of cracks and need some maintenance but they are still great to play at. The dog park is very popular in the neighborhood and offer a large, fenced-in area for dogs to exercise and socialize. There is a large playground that is popular amongst the kids in the neighborhood. There is plenty of green space to throw a football around or picnic. There is no parking lot but plenty of free street parking.

Suitable playground for small children... dog park large enough to whip your yltennis ball around...soccer fields to improve your skills ...and 50 acres of wooded trails for a 20 minute walk or let ur dog sniff on leash of course. And if you are lucky you will see 5 types of birds of prey... great horned owls ... and coopers hawks... but the occasional bald eagle soars over the park.

Love coming here with my family. It has big open fields, including soccer and softball fields, although there is no dirt for the latter. There are also tennis courts and a basketball court. The playground is nice and in the back corner is a dog park. On the back side of the park, opposite the street there is a wooded area with numerous trails if that is more your speed.

There is a dog park, two tennis courts, a medium sized playground, and a lot of field space. Also a seemingly unused baseball backstop. Near the pavilion there is a trail where you can walk in the woods behind the park too.

Just walking by, decided to stop and check it out ... Never knew Madison had a place where one could see the night sky so beautifully! Best 20 minutes I've spent staring into space 😀 (literally)
