I absolutely love this dog park! It’s clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The area is safe and perfect for dogs of all sizes to run around and play freely. The other dog owners are friendly, and there’s always good energy here. I really appreciate the shaded spots and water stations—it shows that the park is designed with both dogs and owners in mind. My dogs always leave happy and tired after spending time here. Definitely one of the best dog parks around! 🐾

Waterways Park is a fantastic place to visit. The park is always well-maintained, with clean pathways and beautiful green spaces. It’s a great spot for dog owners, as all the dogs are friendly and playful, making it a welcoming environment for pets and their owners alike. The atmosphere is peaceful, with plenty of benches and shaded areas for relaxing. Waterways Park is a perfect destination for everyone.

Not properly labeled here in Google. This is a private park. No entry without an Aventura ID. You need to FOB. We have drive all they way from Hollywood to get to know about this highly rated nice park with our dog and or newborn baby with the stroller. We parked, we got all our stuff and our dog was wagging and happy go lucky to interact with the neighbors and only to find out that we were not allowed inside at the gate. A lousy sign stating only for residents. Do not make it look like an actual dog park open to the public if it’s not. Please change the description in Google Maps. The information is very well hidden somewhere in a website of the city of Aventura.

No proper signs stating it’s closed to the public. Pretty unfortunate when you get all the way up to the gate with your dog and they are excited and can’t access the park.

The Waterways Dog Park is a great place to take doggies. It's got water fountains, trees providing shaded areas, plenty of space–grass, gravel, rocks, dirt, and pavement–and a plethora of dogs of all shapes, ages, breeds and sizes.
