I love this neighborhood park, and since I have a dog that needs a lot of walks, I am there twice a day at least. But I'm also there for all of the community events that take place at the park - most notably and most recently, the Woodstock neighborhood's Movie in the Park presented by Portland Parks and Rec and the Neighborhood Association. Delightful! There is also a ton of flat grassy space that is perfect for setting up volleyball courts. What I love most of all are the trees and the shade they provide during summer (and shelter during light rains). When I walk through the tree-heavy areas, it smells like I am in a forest while only being a block away from home.

Woodstock Park is a truly beautiful park. While it's not the biggest in City or with the most amenities, it has a charm that's all its own. There's often lots of activities going on in the park and it has a great hill for dogs to play on.

Autumn here is gorgeous with all the orange, red, and yellow. Not a dog park per se, no fenced in areas, but there are usually more dogs here than people, most of them off leash running around and playing fetch with their humans. Folks here are friendly, a truly neighborhood park vibe.

Very nice park! But beware of tons of leashless dogs. I didn't see any aggresive ones but if you don't like dogs then it's something to consider for you. Cool standard park!

Woodstock Park is an absolute treasure in the heart of Portland. This park offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and recreational amenities, making it an ideal spot for everyone. The walking paths are beautifully shaded by tall trees, providing a serene environment for a peaceful stroll or a brisk walk. The well-maintained playground is a hit with kids, offering a variety of equipment that keeps them entertained for hours. The expansive green lawns are perfect for picnics, playing frisbee, or simply lying down with a good book. For dog owners, Woodstock Park is a paradise. The open spaces are perfect for letting your furry friends run around and play. My dog absolutely loves our visits here, and it's always a joy to see so many other dogs having a great time. The park is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with plenty of benches and picnic tables. There are also sports facilities, including baseball fields, which are great for a game with friends or family. Woodstock Park truly has something for everyone, whether you're looking to relax, exercise, or have some fun with your family. It's a must-visit for anyone in the Portland area.
