I had some issues getting in, even with my key fob registration and all the dogs paperwork up to date.
Aside from that, the park seems amazing. It's not huge, but does have enough room for running around. In the winter there is a storm drain type thing that keeps water from freezing. Some previous owner had left water and in sub 20° temperatures it was still drinkable for my dogs. The fact that somebody else left water and a bowl really shows the sense of community.
There's play structures, a big hole, a hill, and plenty of benches to sit on. There's even a fire hydrant.
This was only my first time there, and there was only one other person, but according to them all the dog owners that come tend to be responsible.
I will definitely appreciate having this as an option for letting my two dogs run around off leash.

The same dog that attacked a dog last week attacked mine today. The guy pulled out some treats and of course my dog is happily wagging his tail and the guy’s dog attacked mine. He has a puncture on his nose and was bleeding. Last week a different dog attacked mine. That time no injuries. He knows his dog is like that and keeps bringing it. This time was his fault for giving food. Unfortunately this guy and his dog are there pretty much every day. It doesn’t matter if I go later he’s there.

Have to have your dogs shots updated annually. But just $12 bucks a year through the city of wyoming once they have all the paperwork from your vet. Nice piece of mind

We received our key fob today (11/4/2024) and went to the park at 5pm. There was some form of a pit or pit mix in the park, hair standing up on its shoulders and it snapped at our Corgi. The owner kept saying "Oh the Corgi isn't a threat! Stop it!"
Then, as we were leaving the park, a lady with two dogs, some labs of some kind, came in. We let her in first before we left, and my dog, being social, got pets from the lady.
One of the ladies dogs came up to our Corgi as she was snuggling up to the lady, and began to bite my dog. Twice, three times maybe (no damage just fur and tuft). The lady pulled her dog off and we left. The lady didn't even apologize.
There were three people in the park during our duration, and 2/3 had aggressive dogs. I have never, ever, in all my years owning my Corgi, had a dog actually bite her. Anywhere.
For the safety of your dog, it might be best you don't let them interact with the owners here. It clearly attracts the lowest common denominator of dog owner. From now on, if we even decide to go back, my dog will be in the small dog park, away from everyone else, or any dog that could cause serious damage to her.
And to those of you who knowingly bring dogs with aggression issues to parks, shame on you. My dog and her health is not a training moment. Seek help, you have issues and shouldn't be a dog owner.
There's also used condoms on the ground as you leave. Pretty gross.

Seems like a beautiful space, but is private access with a special key fob and membership. :( disappointed that a city park wouldn't be open to all of the city.
