What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
First time stopping here. I didn't notice dog droppings like you do in some parks. That was nice. Poop bags and trash cans are provided. There aren't any shade trees or many places to sit. There is a children's playground, restroom, picnic pavilion, Lifetrail with exercises, two paved walking trails and a free Library to take a book or leave a book. Lots of grass and running room, but the area isn't gated and dogs have to be kept on a leash. If you don't need to buy a soda, this is a better place to stop if you have dogs, than the gas station down the street. Though there is a grassy area there for dogs if needed. We'll definitely stop here next time we come thru town.
