It's a great little green space in downtown Hattiesburg. Very pretty. I would have liked to see benches in the gazebo. Also closer spaced benches in the rest of the park. If you're a party of three or more, you can't sit & visit with each other.

The grounds are well-maintained, with shaded spots, benches, and water stations to keep both dogs and owners cool and hydrated. It’s clear the people who run this park care about creating a fun and friendly environment—you can feel it in how respectful and welcoming the community is here. My dog always leaves happy, tired, and ready for a nap, which tells me all I need to know! Very dirty,. apparently people like to use the park but not pick up after their dogs. I left within minutes of getting there. I couldn’t allow my dogs to run around in dog poop. Very disappointed.
