What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
As the owner of Rolling Suds Power Washing of Fairfield–Westchester, I’m constantly on the move throughout Westchester — and when I need a great spot to let my dog burn off some energy, East Rumbrook Dog Park in Hartsdale is one of my go-to places. The park is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with separate areas for large and small dogs. There’s plenty of open space for running and playing, shaded areas for hot days, and benches where you can actually relax while your pup explores. The other dog owners are generally friendly and respectful, and it’s got a real community feel. Whether I’m heading to a roof washing job nearby or just passing through between appointments, this is a perfect stop for a quick break. If you’re a dog owner in the area and haven’t been yet, I highly recommend checking it out. It’s a great asset for both locals and their four-legged friends.

Read more about Ward Acres ParkAbsolutely favorite dog park. Been taking my Cavapoo Tala there since she was 5 months old. Love the other dogs and owners that I’ve met there. It’s become its own community of people and pets 😊 They installed solar powered lights that are on until at least 9pm which is a game changer in the winter
