What dog owners are saying

Took our dog here between doctor appointments so she wasn't stuck in the car all day. It's a great place! Lots of room for running ang playing. I love there was a place for small dogs. Appreciated the waste bags available and obviously awesome dog parents who bring jugs of water. Our girl seemed to enjoy exploring the small dog area off leash. Thank you for this wonderful place.
Read more about McLane Off-Leash Dog ParkI think this is the BEST dog park in Olympia!! Would be nice if the city could be on time on the weekends! It says open 7:30 everyday yet I think the ones who are responsible for opening on the weekends tend to sleep in and sometimes don’t show up until after 8?!? Us dog owners depend and enjoy bringing our pups to play before heading to work. Consistency would be nice. Might I add it’s not just an every now and again they don’t show up to open it’s every weekend they don’t open until 8!
Read more about Olympia Dog ParkI love this place, I bring my dogs here any time I’m using the highway as it’s super close to it and it’s such a convenient and worthy stop when traveling with dogs. It’s pretty big and there aren’t usually very many people there, at least when I’ve been (this is a plus for me, some people prefer a lot of other dogs to play with, I do not). The signs in the parking lot give me anxiety as they warn against car break-ins, but I’ve not had a problem yet. There’s water available for the dogs, places to sit, and 2 separate fenced areas for big and small dogs. The only downside I can think of is that there is very little shade and if it’s been raining the big dog side becomes somewhat of a mud pit, but I couldn’t care less, the convenience of the location and the low traffic makes this a 10/10 for me.
Read more about Thurston County Off-Leash Dog ParkThis was our 1st time here. I love this little park. You start with a nice trail to walk through. Plus, they have a large fenced area for your dogs to run and play freely. It has lots of trees and nooks and cranies for your fur-babies to explore. There are a variety of fallen logs/ trees sit on. It is nice a shady. Our 3 small dogs loved it. Definitely will be back for mor adventures!
