What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
This is a really nice park! It's also a very popular park! Two things that were disappointing : one is the drawbridge was missing from the playground and the other is no dogs were allowed on the playground. It just meant I couldn't walk around and engage with my daughter since I had our dog with us. Every other park I've been to in Fort Collins so far has allowed dogs on the park. That being said, it was very busy and it was best not to have her out there most of the time.
Read more about Mehaffey ParkNice small little neighborhood park. Has a good size playground considering the size of the park. Lots of mature trees as well as smaller growth trees. Lots of open space to kick a ball around and there are picnic tables as well. Dog friendly park with a dog station and trash cans as well. Enjoy!
Read more about Kirkview ParkI brought my two little ones here to release some energy and while I didn’t release at the time of taking this beautiful picture of an old home with a breathtaking sky, I later found that this was a historical site recognized not just locally but federally. So if you’re into history and have kids this is a park worth visiting. The park is great for all ages.
Read more about Fairgrounds ParkWide open, beautiful sunshine and open skies. Plenty of room for all kinds of activities. Bathrooms available near the pickleball courts. It’s a great place to get outside time!
