What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
Nice dog park. Most of the dog owners seem to know each other. Everyone was friendly. Dog park was all sand. Two separate areas big dogs and little dogs. The big dog area has no shade.
Read more about Hooksett Dog ParkThis is a nice park. Mostly dirt, so it probably gets pretty muddy during rain and winter. Water, trash, bags, toys, and shade. People and dogs were friendly Located next to the Derry ACO "pound"
Read more about Derry Dog ParkA small neighborhood park with access to the Piscataquog River. The 🦆 ducks like to hang out here. Unfortunately, so do people who like to litter 🚯 and spray paint . , but I have seen much worse. It is showing some signs of wear but the lawns are mowed and there are trash 🗑️ cans available. There is limited parking but easy access to the nearby neighborhood. A nice little park to relax, watch the ducks and with the water 💦 level low due to recent drought , you can walk along part of the river's edge and explore.
Read more about Bass Island ParkThis is an under utilized gem in Manchester. It is safe and secure and not very busy. The dogs we’ve met have been very nice with smaller dogs and the people polite. The area is very well kept with dog bags available in many places. It is saving our sanity this winter to be able to have a place to run around and have fun. The price is almost negligible when you consider what you’re getting out of it.
