What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
Accessible by the Sagecrest Trail or Roadrunner Parkway and with plenty for kids to do. Has a picnic table and public restrooms. Also offers a gorgeous view of the Organs. The city visits often to clean the restrooms. Parking is street only and can get a little rocky. Lots of people meet for activities here including Fit4Mom, plus there are hikers for the Trail and families, so you're likely to meet others here. I've seen people have birthday parties here too. It has a nice mixture of shade from trees and open sunny places. More benches in the back if you follow the trail to the wetlands.
Read more about Sagecrest ParkNice park, lots of mature trees bring lots of shade. Well taken care of grass very wide open space. Play structure is a little old and small but my kids always enjoy it.
Read more about Sunset Hills ParkNice park with plenty of parking, plenty of shade and nice grass.
Read more about Four Hills ParkThe track is nice to walk/run on, but all the exercise stations are damaged, the bathrooms are almost always locked with no availability hours posted. Only the water fountain by the bathrooms works, and half the field is all goat-heads. Do not recommend playing in the grass too much and only let your dog on the track.
