Beautiful park! Tranquil and serene with a lot of trails through woods and over babbling streams. Open green fields ringed by majestic pecan trees and peppered with benches to just sit a contemplate life. Squirrel heaven. Just lovely.
Read more about Berry Springs Park & PreserveAwesome playground for all ages. IT DOES COST MONEY TO GET IN. It’s $2 for anyone 5 and up, I wasn’t expecting that when I showed up the first time. Great play scape and there are 3 zip lines. It’s all fenced in with plenty of places to sit in the shade. The splash pad is part of the park so it is super easy to transition back and forth. Splash pad is not shaded though so bring plenty of sunscreen. The park also has a pond where you can look at ducks and really nice hiking trails. It’s a great place to take the kids for a day:)

Read more about Hideaway ParkI had been looking for an electric bike friendly park and couldn't find much info on the reviews. This park is ebike friendly and has e bike rentals at the Thirsty Longhorn. The park is clean. Has paved and unpaved trails. Clean restrooms. Many playgrounds. Lots of shade benches and picnic tables.
